My name is Kate and I am a stylist based in STL specializing in blonding, color, and extensions. My goal is to create pricing that is easy and understandable , as well as a space that is comfortable for my clients. Blonding, color and specialty services will all come with a treatment, blow dry, and style. All blonding services will come with a gloss. CANCELLATION POLICY
